Monday, August 30, 2010
Phase I of a major redevelopment project that will redefine the Holland Town Center is set for groundbreaking on September 7th.  This first phase of the redevelopment project will include the addition of a new, two-lane road that will run north to south along the western boundary of the former Factory Outlet Mall.  The drive-lane will include 96 new head-in parking spaces for customer/employee parking in front of buildings A and B.  The drive-lane will become the new focal point for traffic entering and leaving the center and will continue down past buildings C and D, allowing easy customer access and increased traffic exposure to HTC’s largest tenants, Gap and Carter’s.  The first phase of the redevelopment project is scheduled for completion by late October.
