It took millions of dollars in tax incentives and infrastructure improvements to lure NOVO 1's newest call center here. Now company leaders hope to show it was worth the investment. On Thursday, Holland Mayor Kurt Dykstra is expected to join state officials and NOVO 1 executives to cut the ribbon on the 37,000 square foot facility at 1351 Waverly Road. The Fort Worth, Tex.,-based company expects to employ up to 400 people within three years, though reaching that goal will require signing new clients. So far, about 15 people occupy the space.
